Below are the details on our delivery services:

Free UK Shipping (2-5 Working Days) — Free

Sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked parcel service. Distributed from our fulfilment centre, as managed by Olympvs.

Free International Shipping (5-14 Working Days) — Free

All International orders will be sent via standard rates. Delivery times shall differ from country to country depending on the efficiency of your local service. 

Europe Tariffs - For now, you won't pay import duties if you live within an EU state.

Rest of the world Tariffs - Please be aware that any duties or taxes your country of residence charges are your responsibility - you can work out an estimation here.  



We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we offer free UK returns and exchanges. You have 30 days from the delivery of your goods to receive an exchange or full refund to your original form of payment.

Please note all items must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels intact and on the garment - re-sale ready. Items which do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund/exchange.

Please Note: all shipping, exchanges and returns are managed by our father company Olympvs, who manage the whole process. 

If you would like to make a return/ exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill Out Returns Form

Please fill out the return/exchange form you received with your order. Please make sure you have filled out the form completely for a seamless return and so our fulfilment partner can identify your order easily. If you have misplaced your packing slip, our returns form can be [found here].

2. Print Returns Label

Head to our [returns portal here] and follow the direction on the page. Download and print your label. 

3. Reseal and go

Once you have filled out your return/exchange form, re-seal your mailing bag and replace the address with the returns label from step 2. 

4. Post

Send us your parcel from your local Post Office and please request a proof of postage. This is essential on the off chance your package goes missing.

5. Aftercare: Exchange

If you would like an exchange, please take another look at our [size guide] and tell us which size you would like on your return form. Once we have your item(s), please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund/exchange. We can only exchange items if they’re in stock. You'll get a confirmation email once your exchange is dispatched. 

6. Aftercare: refund

If you request a refund this will take 2-5 working days to process once we have received the products in fully re-saleable condition. You shall receive an update email once your refund has been sent, or if we need to clarify any details. Please keep an eye on your emails at this stage.
